SHIPPING POLICY

We offer free shipping on the Duro Rise to the continental U.S.. Shipping and delivery times may vary, but most orders will be processed within 2-3 business days if items are in-stock.  Processing times may be slightly delayed during high-volume periods and can take up to 5-7 business days. We appreciate your patience as we are always committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly and safely as possible.

Duro bikes are shipped using UPS Ground or FedEx Ground.  Express shipping options are not available on our bikes at this time. Our shipping partners will typically make multiple attempts to deliver your new e-bike. If the product is returned to us, you will be charged for all delivery fees required for subsequent delivery. 

Transit times depend on the carrier and delivery address distance from our California warehouse.

Address changes must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase or before order is processed for shipment, whichever comes first.  Contact our support team to submit changes to the shipping address.

Shipping information and policies only apply to the 48 contiguous United States. Unfortunately, at this time we do not ship to Canada, Hawaii, or Alaska.
